管端喇叭口成型機(jī)主要利用旋壓的方式，將銅管或鋁管的管端通過高速旋壓加工成喇叭口形狀，與機(jī)械式鍛打擴(kuò)口相比，開口處光滑，平整，無破裂，有效避免機(jī)械式敲打撞擊造成開口破裂，不規(guī)則或回彈而造成廢品等弊端。
