2. 控制器將當前溫度值和預先設(shè)定的目標溫度進行比較,并計算出溫度偏差值。
3. 控制器根據(jù)溫度偏差值輸出控制信號,控制加熱或冷卻設(shè)備的工作量。
4. 加熱或冷卻設(shè)備工作后,將改變環(huán)境溫度,并觸發(fā)傳感器重新檢測環(huán)境溫度。
5. 其他控制邏輯,如停機保護、報警等,也會根據(jù)實際情況作相應(yīng)的處理。
通過這樣的一系列步驟,恒溫控制器可以自動調(diào)整環(huán)境溫度并維持恒定溫度,從而實現(xiàn)溫度控制的目的。
