一、產(chǎn)品簡介
    該儀器是高新技術(shù)的結(jié)晶,它采用單片機(jī)技術(shù)，精度高、數(shù)字顯示、示值穩(wěn)定、功耗低、操作簡單方便、觸摸按鍵、單探頭全量程測量、體積小、重量輕；且具有存儲、讀出、統(tǒng)計、低電壓指示、系統(tǒng)校準(zhǔn)，其性能達(dá)到當(dāng)代國際同類儀器的先進(jìn)水平。
    該儀器采用磁性測厚法，可以方便無損地測量鐵磁材料上非磁性涂層的厚度，如鋼鐵表面上的鋅、銅、鉻等鍍層或油漆、搪瓷、玻璃鋼、噴塑、瀝青等涂層的厚度。該涂層測厚儀器廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械、汽車、造船、石油、化工、電鍍、噴塑、搪瓷、塑料等行業(yè)。
    該儀器采用電磁感應(yīng)法測量涂（鍍）層的厚度。位于部件表面的探頭產(chǎn)生一個閉合的磁回路，隨著探頭與鐵磁性材料間的距離的改變，該磁回路將不同程度的改變，引起磁阻及探頭線圈電感的變化。利用這一原理可以地測量探頭與鐵磁性材料間的距離，即涂（鍍）層厚度。

One, product introduction
The apparatus is the result of high and new technology, it uses single chip technology, high precision, digital display, showing the value of stable, low power consumption, simple and convenient operation, a touch button, a single probe full range measurement, small size, light weight; and have memory, reading, statistical, low voltage, the calibration of the system, its performance has reached the contemporary the international advanced level of similar instruments.
The instrument uses a magnetic thickness method, can be convenient for nondestructive measurement of ferromagnetic material on the non magnetic coatings thickness, such as iron and steel on the surface of the zinc, copper, chromium coating or paint, enamel, glass steel, plastic, asphalt coating thickness. The coating thickness measuring instrument is widely used in machinery, automobile, shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical, electroplating, spray, enamel, plastic and other industries.
The apparatus uses electromagnetic induction method for measurement of coating thickness ( coating). On the component surface of the probe to produce a closed magnetic circuit, with the probe and the ferromagnetic material between the distance changes, the magnetic circuit will change to a different degree, cause reluctance and probe coil inductance. Using this principle can accurately measure the probe and the distance between the ferromagnetic materials, coating layer thickness ( coating).
